Journalism Fund Director | Scripps Howard Foundation

Battinto Batts started off 2016 with a new job and a new home for his family.  He came to the Scripps Howard Foundation in Cincinnati from Hampton University where he was the assistant dean for academic affairs at the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communication. In addition to his work in academia, he has more than 20 years experience in journalism and public relations. As director of the journalism fund, he will support all of the Foundation’s journalism programs at the secondary, collegiate and professional levels.
