New Music Miami ISCM Festival: Alumni Composer Concert

The following works have been selected for performance on the XX New Music Miami ISCM Festival alumni concert featuring FIU’s Ensemble-in-Residence the Amernet String Quartet and members of the NODUS Ensemble:

Featured composers and performers:

*Paul Poston: Wind/Whisper for solo flute with Elissa Lakofsky

*David Mendoza Nocturne: for solo cello with Jason Calloway

*Federico Bonacossa: Shikantaza for guitar and electronics with Federico Bonacossa

*Juraj Kojs Sol: for string quartet with the Amernet String Quartet

*Jorge Grossmann: Da Lontano String Quartet with the Amernet String Quartet

Students and guests are invited to the free composers forum with guest alumni before the forum at 6:30 PM and on Friday at 12:00pmat Miami Beach Urban Studios.
