Join the FIUnity Gospel Choir, under the direction of renowned gospel artist, Terence Clayton, for their inaugural performance at The Wertheim! This new choir performs repertoire from the African-American tradiion including hymns, anthems, and sprituals as well as contemporary Gospel music. Featuring Eddie Howard and Keotis Williams, keyboards; Justin Howard and Tobias Nelson, drums; and James Hamilton, bass.

About Terence Clayton

Internationally renowned Gospel singer, instrumentalist, song writer and music director Terence Clayton is most admired for his soulful, contemporary yet classic, “Good time in Church” style. Over his enduring career this highly sought after Christian artist has shared the stage with Gospel giants such as Alvin Slaughter, Gary Oliver, Karen Wheaton, Dr. Bobby Jones, Marvin Sapp, Vickie Winans, Angelo & Veronica, Lashun Pace and many others who have recognized and enlisted his talents; talents honed through years of discipline.

This year, he joins the FIU School of Music as ensemble director of FIUnity Gospel Choir.
