The Miami International GuitART Festival presents a new guitar concerto commissioned from the award-winning composer Carlos Rafael Rivera to be premiered by the FIU Symphony Orchestra, directed by Javier Jose Mendoza, with soloists Marcin Dylla, Rene Izquierdo, and Iliana Matos.
