The College of Architecture + The Arts Student Services and Advising Center is committed to serving you as you progress towards graduation. We desire, just as strongly as you, that you complete your respective degree programs. We are hopeful that you will become familiar with the tools outlined below which were designed to aid in your success:
Major Maps (http://mymajor.fiu.edu/) – outline the specific course requirements for your degree program and reflect the standards necessary for your success.
My_eAdvisor – an automated tracking tool that provides you access to schedule appointments with your Academic Advisor and send and receive correspondence.
Panther Degree Audit [(PDA) https://my.fiu.edu/ ] – enables you to track your progress in relation to graduation and informs you of which courses you should be registering for.
Our Academic Advisors are available to provide you with guidance as you work towards realizing your personal goals related to your education and career. Walk-In Advising is available Tuesdays from 1:00pm – 4:00pm, Thursdays from 9:00am – 12:00pm, during Early Registration periods, and at the start of a new semester—the first week of classes. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office at 305-348-2765 or stopping by PCA 272. If you have a general advising question, please email us at cartaadv@fiu.edu.
