We are a family owned and operated custom furniture and design to build business that started in 1999. We take great pride in the work we do for our clients. From construction, design, planning and manufacturing our own custom made furniture we do it all regarding interiors.

We are looking for an individual that is solution finder with a strong work ethic. 

Knowledge of cabinetry, upholstery is a plus but not required. 

The Drafter / CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of our custom furniture drawings and architectural plans sets for various types of retail, commercial, industrial and residential site projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and prepare preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from notes, sketches, and/or other drawings.

• Draft Renderings for Presentations.

• Work closely with Engineers, and Designers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.

• Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

• Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum. 

• 3+ years’ experience using AutoCAD 2014 (or higher) 

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with respect to projects, CAD standards, and deadlines, etc. on a daily basis. 

• Willingness to assume increased responsibilities.

• Ability to work as a team player and interact well with others. 

• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Spanish as a second language is a plus but not required.

Compensation DOE

Availability T-Friday 10-630 and some Saturdays 12-630

This is a full time, in house position
