We are Minds of Tomorrow . Our mission is to empower kids with creative acumen and confidence through after-school and camp programming. Our summer camps are in person instruction. The first two studios are in Miami Magic City Innovation District-Little Haiti and Key Biscayne.

 

Our programs teach a combination of creativity, technology and design as key skills for the future of children.

 

We are looking for Creative Mentors.

 

Creative Mentors are our instructors. We are looking for educators/creatives that want to teach children the power of creativity, design and technology. We have flexible work schedules that can be compatible with various professional endeavors or studies.

 

Ideal candidates are educators and/or practitioners of a set of design disciplines. They have an interest in creating and delivering uniquely beautiful experiences for children. Both, undergraduates or graduates in arts, design and engineering, self-trained creatives as well as educators with a passion for design are welcomed.

 

You are …

  • Optimistic, friendly and approachable.
  • Someone with a hands-on approach and a can do attitude.
  • Patient, caring and empathetic.
  • Creative and with a love for designing and delivering learning experiences.
  • Responsible and with strong ethical standards and personal integrity.

 

You have …

  • Experience in one, a few or many of the following art, design and technology domains:

Graphic & illustration 

Photography & film

Art & Crafts techniques

Motion/Animation

Coding

Robotics

UX/UI

Video Games

Projection mapping & mixed reality

Product design, architecture & 3D programs

  • Experience in teaching and/or mentoring and/or guiding kids of all ages.
  • Extra points if you have designed curriculum/learning experiences in the past.

 

You will …

  • Help us build our after-school and camps programming. 
  • Teach this programming to kids.
  • Along time, help us build a community of creative families. Help them fall in love with creativity, design and technology and guide them through their growth and discovery.
  • Have a flexible work schedule. It’s a part time job and programs run all week long, you’ll be able to choose what suits you better.
  • Earn a living. Compensation to be determined based on fit, level of expertise and depth of skillset.

 

A couple of final notes …

  • The first Creative Mentors will work this summer starting the first week of June to the second week of August, with continued new opportunities as we expand our network of Minds of Tomorrow. 
  • If you are interested in running one of our studios or you know of somebody that might be, let us know as we are also looking for a Key Biscayne Studio Director.
