Job Description:
We are currently seeking entry-level architectural staff candidates looking to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, have strong critical thinking skills, eager to grow into a new phase of their professional career, and be passionate about all aspects of Architecture and Design. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, and will be expected to develop quickly into an active role in the project team structure during all phases of the design process. Current positions available are partially remote with a quick transition to in-office full time. Compensation to be commensurate with experience level.
Responsibilities Include:
· Have an active role in the construction documentation drawing set development
· Have the ability to take ownership over specific project scope packages as the design progresses and learn how to coordinate with all disciplines and team members
· Building code research, zoning code research, analysis, and implementation
· Shop drawing reviews, site visits, and Construction Administration related tasks
· Excellent and clear communication skills to be used in a collaborative environment with team members and consultants throughout the project development in all phases
Desired Skills:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is required
2. Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, work samples required
3. Strong team player with leadership potential
4. Strong design background with strong problem-solving capacity
5. General understanding of architectural and engineering systems
6. Strong 3D modeling and graphic representation ability
7. Demonstrated capacity for design sensitivity
8. Ability to work collaboratively in an intensive, open office environment
9. Strong self-initiator with the ability to be independently accountable and collaborative within a structured team setting
