This is an entry level position that offers extensive, ongoing training and a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work. 

 

Role & Responsibilities: 

The ideal candidate is articulate, detail-oriented, organized, loves to travel and meet new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change,  and is passionate about professional development and growth. 

 

Your role will include liaising with C-Level industry leaders to discuss their pain points and educate them on our programs, with the ultimate goal of generating attendees for our conferences. This is a hybrid marketing/sales role, with a heavy focus on email marketing, social selling (mainly LinkedIn), and pitching directly to decision makers. 

Our events are located in major cities throughout the country – LA, Austin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc, so travelling at least 3-4 times over the course of the year can be expected at a minimum. Our teams travel together, which is a truly unique experience that helps to drive our collaborative culture!

Our department’s day-to-day is structured to give a healthy mix between independent work and group interactions, allowing team members to quickly build a professional foundation while also creating deep relationships within the broader team. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Salary: $40,000 base + commission/bonuses/incentives
  • Total Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 year one
  • 15+ PTO Days in your first full-year
