Cornerstone is looking for a collaborative and dynamic Sr. Director, Business Applications to join our Global Business Operations organization. You will lead several teams that manage various Lead to Cash applications including Apptus, Salesforce, Netsuite and Oracle. You will work closely with business leaders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Service Delivery and Finance and have overall responsibility for the full systems architecture which includes applications such as Marketo, Gainsight, and Mavenlink, to create optimum business outcomes.

In this role you will…

  • Create the strategic vision for CRM/ERP and be responsible for scaling our business application ecosystem to support our growing business ($800M+ ARR, 7k enterprise customers)
  • Cultivate a customer centric culture and ensure your teams are working on a roadmap and building technology that is impactful and solves the right problems for our business.
  • Drive technology architecture, governance, and processes across the suite of applications.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key vendors in the CRM/ERP space, including Conga, Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Oversee and actively manage the overall software budget, roughly $4.5M, for all CRM/ERP applications.

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • 15+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ years of experience as a Senior Manager, Director or similar role in IT Applications, preferably in SaaS and/or Cloud industry. The right experience and fit is more important than total years, so if you have fewer years of experience, but everything else sounds like a fit, feel free to apply…we will be interested in hearing from you.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10-15 people.
  • Broad knowledge of the Lead to Cash lifecycle: CRM, CPQ, Order-to-Cash, Subscription Management, Renewals, and Customer Support, with specific expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Services Cloud). Exposure and knowledge of Apttus, Marketo, GainSight, Zuora, Netsuite, Oracle, Mavenlink is helpful but not required.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
