DOL Facilities is currently recruiting for one (1) full-time Architectural Design Reviewer 1, who will be based out of our Wethersfield location.
Shift Information:
- First shift, 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, within the core business hours of 7 am – 5 pm
- However, work schedule flexibility is required in order to meet the demands of the job
This position is accountable for performing space planning in DOL occupied offices and reports directly to DOL’s Director of Facilities Operations. Primarily DOL deals with Herman Miller AO2 products and an assortment of free-standing equipment. Along with other duties as needed, you would be entrusted to:
- Meet with requesting customers, assessing needs, and working to a solution
- Design projects via CADD, field verify designs, coordinate service providers, recommend products, and lead projects through completion
- Act as the DOL lead in making ergonomic recommendations based on the needs of requesting individuals
- Review and provide recommendations related to teleconferencing and presentation equipment
