As part of our tight-knit design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from conception through completion. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the development of conceptual design drawings, construction documents, and client coordination. Daily activities may include: preparation of conceptual plans; modifications of plans based on red lines, government comments, and/or input from the client; and attendance at client review meetings. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and take initiative.
Position Requirements:
· Degree in Landscape Architecture
· Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
· Basic knowledge of site planning
· Freehand illustration and rendering skills (Vray, Lumion, Photoshop)
· Good communication and verbal presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
· Entry Level position
· Good communication and verbal presentation skills
· Knowledge of Florida plant materials and growing conditions a plus
Minimum Education Level:
· Bachelor’s Degree, Landscape Architecture
