PRIMARY FUNCTION
This position will report to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively to drive success by assisting with clerical and administrative duties, research, campaign coordination, photography and videography, editing and design, and other marketing/sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be driven, attentive, eager to learn, and have strong foundational skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by assisting with the development and coordination of event, content, email, social media, and other marketing campaigns
- Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and competitor moves and propose adjustments accordingly
- Conduct online prospecting and intent research and initiate outreach campaigns based on findings
- Conduct SEO research and propose content ideas based on findings
- Execute graphic design projects and prepare proposals/presentations using a variety of tools and software
- Assist with management of the company’s social platforms, website, CRM, and marketing/sales software (including data cleanup and entry)
- Capture photos and videos of operations and projects regularly
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Additional job duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Actively pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar field
- An interest in aerospace, architecture, automotive, defense, and/or general manufacturing
- Ability to pass a drug test, with little or no notice, in compliance with the law
- Ability to pass a background check in compliance with the law
OTHER PREFERRED QUALITIES
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes happen quickly
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with other teams
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related programs
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite, basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.), and/or HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) are pluses, but not required
