The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy. As a Digital Product Analyst intern focused on building sustainability with the Digital Foundry team, you will gain experience to include, but is not limited to activities and tasks listed below:Perform market research and customer understanding of building owner, facilities management and occupant perceptions, pain points, and needs related to health, safety, and sustainabilityEvaluate new features in collaboration with business stakeholders, design, engineering, and commercial teamsGather stakeholder and customer feedback to inform roadmap creationDevelop a technical understanding of the platform stack to understand feasibility and level of effortFocus on K-12 and Higher Education use casesExperience/Qualifications Passion for sustainability in the built environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent writerSelf-driven and proactiveAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsTeam player and willing to collaborate with others on projectsUS Citizen or Permanent ResidentCOVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employeesEducationMust be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in (or minoring in) Environment Studies, Architecture, Computer Science, or related fields of studyGPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPARelevant coursework or previous internships preferred#EarlyCareersCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
