To give you an idea of what the role will look like, here are some areas you will be working in as Graduate Vertical Transportation Engineer:
- Work with teams on detailed engineering designs of vertical transportation and people flow solutions.
- Create and manage Revit documentation.
- Prepare technical schedules.
- Under guidance of senior staff, represent BuroHappold at meetings with the client, other professionals, and suppliers.
- Ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
- Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
The successful applicant for this Graduate Vertical Transportation Engineer position will have a Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design. You will also bring the following:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design
- Experience using Revit and BIM360 beneficial
- Relevant internship preferred
- Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible manner
- Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
