Team Introduction
Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organization, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office EHS. Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Process Improvement:
– Collaborate with sub-department teams to assess current processes, identifying areas of improvement related to quality, efficiency, and cost.
– Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand pain points and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
– Drive process enhancements by implementing improvements in tools, organization, information flow, and communication channels.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Facilitate seamless collaboration between different sub-departments and teams, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
– Coordinate with colleagues across functions to ensure efficient execution of projects and initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork.
3. Project Management Expertise:
– Utilize your strong project management skills to lead and contribute to various projects within the department.
– Develop and document project management best practices, sharing knowledge and empowering team members to enhance collaboration and project execution.
– Analyze ordinary project challenges, provide innovative solutions, and assist in refining strategies for successful project implementation.
4. Meeting Coordination and Business Support:
– Organize and schedule meetings, documents, and meeting notes etc., ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
– Assist in the planning and execution of departmental activities, events, and business-related engagements.
– Provide operational support as needed, including business mapping and analysis, to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
Qualifications
– Graduate with a background in Real Estate or Design/Architecture or related discipline
– Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
– Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work with agility and flexibility, and have good team spirit
– Have the ability to integrate and coordinate holistically information resources and strategic planning while exercising sound judgment

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68000 – $75500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
