POSITION DETAILS
ELM seeks a talented Architect with a commitment to design excellence and technical proficiency. The role involves working collaboratively on various projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in all aspects of architectural design and documentation.
- Work closely with senior designers in a dynamic studio environment.
- Engage in project construction and technical detailing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Registration, or on registration/licensure track.
- LEED Accreditation.
- Strategic thinking and master planning experience.
- Working experience in Sketch Up, En-scape, Rhino, Lumion or other similar software

IDEAL CANDIDATE
This ideal candidate requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, the ability to work at a variety of project scales from planning to detail design, knowledge of the full design process from conceptual design through final documentation and construction administration, technical expertise in AutoCAD and Revit and high-quality hand graphics.
