Carlos Sarmiento was a Senior Associate at Perkins Eastman, one of the largest firms in New York city. He has worked on projects in New York, Florida, and around the world. Professor Sarmiento holds a Master Architecture from the Architecture Association in London which he attended upon being awarded a graduate bursary. He also received a professional Bachelor of Architecture from University of Miami.
