Shantia Morel is an alumna of the FIU School of Architecture, Class of 2020. Since Spring 2024, she has served as an Adjunct Professor at FIU, teaching Structural Systems I & II. In the classroom, she focuses on helping students connect structural principles with real-world design applications. In addition to her academic role, Shantia works as an Assistant Project Manager at a South Florida-based architecture firm, where she supports the design and coordination of municipal and hospitality projects throughout the region.
