Sandra Socarras, founder of SoFL Design Group, Inc., earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Miami and a graduate degree in Management from Harvard University. She later pursued her passion for design, obtaining a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University.

Inspired by the unique ecology of South Florida and driven by a deep sense of community, Sandra approaches each project by understanding the people, climate, culture, and historical context of the site. She is a strong advocate for communities facing displacement and climate change, creating spaces that foster well-being, preservation, and a sustainable future.
