Marco C. Cabrera is an accomplished architecture professional with a Master of Architecture from Florida International University. He brings over a decade of experience in design-build, construction management, and real estate development, having led major projects with firms such as Authentic Construction and Topo International. As a project manager, he has overseen all phases of luxury residential and commercial projects, excelling in client relations, budget management, and team leadership. In addition to his professional practice, Marco is the founder of Side by Side Investments and Reino Development, where he specializes in multifamily real estate investments and single-family home redevelopment. He also contributes to The Archive Studio, an interior design practice, in a supporting role focused on design and operations. Marco combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision.
