Claudia Garcia, CCM, is an architectural designer, construction manager, and educator who has taught structures in the FIU Department of Architecture since 2016. She teaches the full structural design sequence, Structures 1, 2, and 3, carrying students from statics and load tracing through the design of wood, steel, and reinforced concrete systems, and has taught design studios at the second- and third-year levels. She is co-founder and principal of Anton Management, a Coral Gables firm providing construction management and owner's representation throughout South Florida, where she represents building owners exclusively across the full project lifecycle: preconstruction and permitting strategy, construction administration, and closeout. Her project experience spans educational and institutional campuses, multifamily and condominium restoration, affordable housing, luxury single-family residences, commercial office buildings, and mixed-use land development. Previously, at Development Service Solutions and DSS Condo, she managed more than $160 million in construction. She received her Master of Architecture from FIU.
