What will I do every day?
In this role, you are responsible for promoting RRD and often may be the first time they learn about what we do. You also are responsible for keeping a strong relationship with those clients who already know what we do, but depend on you to help them problem solve their communication needs. All of this is done from the comfort of your office, so you must enjoy speaking on the phone or conversing via email.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· This role is a sales “hunting” role. You will drive sales from a call center, but will build and own the customer relationship.
· Learn the capabilities of RRD and match them with the needs of your customer; which means you’ll also be learning about your clients / potential clients and their business needs. This is a great match for someone who likes to learn the business of various companies.
· You must like to sell or want to learn to sell.

Here’s what we want from you:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
· PC skills with basic Microsoft package knowledge and SalesForce is a plus.
· Understanding of Printing industry is a plus, because that’s how RRD began
· Good Organizational Skills
· Understanding of Sales process or willingness to quickly learn it and love it.
· Strong listening and persuasion skills.
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to handle rejection – and still keep calling them. It’s the wins that pay you, so you have to be ready to move easily past the No to get to the Yes.
