Job Description:

– Support the development of social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn to increase engagement and followers

– Lead content production, and support image selections and/or development

– Monitor and manage aforementioned Breakthrough Miami social media accounts, including messaging, posting, etc.

-Utilize and share analytics to shape strategy and track success of campaigns

– Grasps and advances Breakthrough Miami’s “voice” and strengthens brand positioning and affinity 

– Qualifications/Skills:

– Excellent written communication skills

– Proficiency in social media platforms and online engagement

– Knowledge of marketing concepts

– Ability to manage projects and campaigns

– Able to proof-read; knowledgeable in spelling and grammar

– Demonstrates professionalism 

– Cares about education

– Not afraid to ask questions 

– Creative
