JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns for clients.
  • Online Marketing & Social Media Advisor to clients.
  • Assist with agency social media channels, blog and content.
  • Manage/Assist with assigned clients and projects
  • Participate in project creative and brainstorming, including copywriting assistance.
  • Develop proposals, presentations and reports for clients and agency.
  • Project & Campaign management (Coordinate projects with agency teams: Creative, development, Production and vendors)
  • Budget and cost management of campaigns/projects.
  • Assist in Business Development / Lead Generation (new clients/prospects)
  • Deal with vendors / suppliers
  • Admin support / finance
  • Telemarketing.
  • Market research.
  • General agency assistance.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Ideally will hold a Degree in Communications / Advertising / Marketing.
  • Languages: Native ENGLISH and FLUENT in SPANISH (required)
  • 1 year work experience (ideally in marketing / advertising or equivalent)
  • Live in South Florida. (Remote Home office position for now due to pandemic)
  • Proficiency in PC or MAC + Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe creative suite (mainly Photoshop, illustrator)
