Osmosis is now accepting applications for the Summer 2021 session of its Executive Training program. The 12-week Executive Training (ET) program provides a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to work in a fast-paced environment and learn from the best and brightest practitioners in PR, and digital and social media communications. The agency hires many of the program’s best graduates to fill entry-level positions.
Position Overview
Osmosis Films now accepting applications for a Video Executive Trainee to join our team. The 12-week Executive Training (ET) program provides a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to work in a fast-paced environment and learn from the best and brightest practitioners in PR, and digital and social media communications.
While the role will primarily focus on video production, the Video ET will be closely integrated into broader account strategy and be a meaningful contributor to the overall creative process. The Video ET will also assist in maintaining the studio archival system, completing day-to-day production operations including project budgets and timelines as well as assisting management. Our team is small, nimble and each member wears many hats, so flexibility and a passion to stretch outside of core responsibilities will be key.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creative development including concepting, storyboard development, scriptwriting
- Manage shoot logistics including location scouting, scheduling, developing shots lists and call sheets
- Own asset management for all animation and post-only projects
- Perform camera operations on one-off shoots as needed
- Work with account managers and producers to ensure all material is accurately captured
- Act as point of contact for all crew and post-production staff
- Assist with video edit on one-off projects as needed
- Assist finding assets for photos, soundtracks, additional stock imagery
- Shadow through account and client reviews, relay feedback to editors and animators
Additional Information:
- ETs must be available to work full-time, 40 hours/week, with eligibility for overtime
- ET Program starts on June 2021
- ETs will be considered for entry level openings upon completion of the Executive Training Program
