POSITION: Digital Content Intern (Marketing)
TIME COMMITMENT:40 hours per week, consecutive 6-week commitment required during May-July
SALARY: Starting at $10/hour; College credits may be arranged. Work experience at #98 on the Inc 5000’s list
DESCRIPTION:
Sunday Cool’s Marketing Department is seeking a highly motivated intern to execute content marketing campaigns along with the day-to-day branding. An intern for the Marketing Department would be responsible for creating concept video ideas, assisting in project creation and work on aspects for branding. This role includes real world experience in one of the fastest growing companies in America.
DUTIES:
Daily Marketing duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with production (setting up equipment, shooting video, etc.)
- Editing content videos with Premier
- Scripting for Cool Carll and weekly marketing videos
- Creating and editing visuals for social media with Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography for marketing content
Possible Marketing-related projects include but are not limited to:
- Packaging WOW boxes and Cool Carll orders for clients
- Sending out email blasts
- Running and managing Facebook ads
- Updating the Sunday Cool website

REQUIREMENTS
- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited 2-or 4-year program or institution and have completed at least one semester OR recent college graduate (within the last 12 months).
- Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply.
- Those who have taken college courses but are currently taking “time off” from school are also not eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be at least 17 years of age by the time the internship begins
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must have reliable transportation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Obtaining a college degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar area of study
Intermediate knowledge in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Premier
- After effects
- Adobe Lightroom (a plus)
- Photography skills (a plus)
- Proficiency in Mac
Must be a college junior or senior with at least 2 years of design experience and content creation/management
