Paid Search & Social Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Knowledge of paid search and paid social theory and eagerness to learn and successfully manage programs through a multitude of platforms (SA360, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Develop the skills necessary to become a master in campaign budgeting, pacing, reporting, and internal paid search and social best practices
  • Assist teams in pulling data and preparing reports and presentations
  • Review and analyze client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns that align with account KPIs and objectives
  • Develop relationships with engine reps in order to gain insight on competitive trends, new betas, and industry news
  • Work closely with Paid Search and Paid Social Specialists, Supervisors and Directors on digital reporting, optimizations, and daily analysis
  • Collaborate with other internal departments such as Account Management and Creative to help keep daily/weekly deliverables in order
  • Attend training sessions, read industry news, take initiative to learn new skills, and attend vendor meetings in order to learn all aspects of SEM and Paid Social planning

About you:

  • In depth experience with advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, vlookups, charts, and formulas
  • Interested in being part of a learning culture that’s on the cutting edge of SEM and Paid Social including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google, BING, and Yahoo
  • You’re very organized and detail oriented in both your personal and professional life
  • Any previous experience completing reporting or analysis is preferred
