Want to hang with some of the most discerning and thoughtfully under-dressed design snobs in the southeast? If you obsess over how type renders in different browsers, lean forward while nudging that last pixel into place, and geek out over a well-designed sub-nav, we need to chat.
We’re looking for an Art Director that can lead by example and also get in the trenches and inspire teamwork. You’ll be responsible for establishing the direction for each project and leading a group of designers all the way through to final execution. We want you to think about more than the desktop, and consider how a project will be viewed through mobile devices, touch screen kiosks, and interactive installations. Nebo wants to keep the team engaged in collaborative concept creation and exploration. Besides being amazing at what you do, we expect you to leave any ego at the door and bring an open mind to the table.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and directions for interactive projects.
- Lead and inspire creative teams.
- Work with IA and UX teams to create cutting edge interfaces and experiences.
- Collaborate with Developers to expand and elevate interactions and functionality.
- Work with Project Managers to deliver work within budget and on-time.
This is a full-time position and compensation is dependent upon experience. We’re currently working remotely due to COVID-19, and we’re in the process of developing a plan to return to the office safely. While it’s our preference to have folks in the office together in Atlanta (because we really do enjoy working together in the same space), this plan will include opportunities for hybrid in-office/remote work or fully remote work.
Nebo’s Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
As a human-centered agency, we believe in uplifting our community and advancing society through inclusive business practices. We’re dedicated to providing equal opportunities and equal access to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, genetic information, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and veteran’s status.
