INTRODUCTION
MassChallenge is the global network for innovators who are working to solve massive challenges. We connect startups, experts, corporations, and communities to grow and transform businesses and economies. No equity and not-for-profit, we provide startups with the access and resources they need to succeed – from free office space to mentoring, workshops and global network access. We operate globally with offices in Boston, Providence, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Lausanne, Jerusalem, and Mexico City.
If you are a college student or post-graduate with a passion for creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, we want to meet you! MassChallenge internships are summer-long engagements that support all facets of business. We offer a flexible schedule, hands-on, real-world work experience, and a creative environment to learn and grow. Our interns are self-directed individuals who are comfortable taking direction from team members, ask for help when they need it, and take the initiative to learn the current startup landscape.
The Front Desk Intern is a highly visible role and will frequently use troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to attend to visitor and internal staff needs. This person is a key ambassador for MassChallenge and therefore for the startup ecosystem as a whole. They must possess a high standard of work and customer service, be comfortable in a multitasking environment, pay close attention to detail and embrace challenging situations with confidence and a positive outlook. The Front Desk Intern will report directly to the Site Operations Sr. Manager.
