Job Summary: Our team is looking for a Social Media Assistant to assist our coordinators in their day to day tasks. This individual must be creative, pay attention to detail and be passionate about content creation and social media.
You must have in-depth marketing knowledge on all major social platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Yelp Google My Business, Email Marketing etc.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm campaigns and research trending topics.
- Create social media posts and content including but not limited to stories, reels, tiktoks, graphic, feed posts, etc.
- Use analytic tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Monitor and engage professionally on social accounts for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations.
- Analyze and report social media actions for successes and new opportunities.
- Ideate on content development and strategy.
- Clientele industries include: Hospitality, Entertainment, Food.
Skills:
- 1+ years of social media marketing experience
- Proficient in all major social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Email Marketing, etc.
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software
- Strong understanding of social management, content marketing and reputation management.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, and excited about the digital space.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field and experience.
