Alta is currently looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer that has a keen sense of design and creativity, to help elevate the Alta brand further.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce compelling designs for digital and print material, including social media posts, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and apparel.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that design and marketing materials are cohesive and effectively communicate the message.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, ensuring that all designs are fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate and prioritize design and marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and hitting deadlines.
- When necessary, attend and contribute to team brainstorming sessions at Alta Headquarters, in Round Rock.
- When necessary, acts as photographer for sales training and recruiting events, occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Some video editing experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Driven, self-starter who can work remotely with the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take direction and open to feedback of work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communication
- Experience with G-suite/Google Workspace
- Experience with social media management
- Photography and/or videography experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of creativity
