Yuneikys Villalonga is a Miami-based curator, educator, and writer with over two decades of experience. She has taught Caribbean and Cuban art history at the Higher Institute of Arts in Havana and led bilingual workshops in Miami and New York for K–12 and adult learners, focusing on art history and curatorial practice. Villalonga has developed interdisciplinary programs for university students and educators. She has presented lectures and moderated panels at institutions such as NYU, the University of Brighton, the Goethe-Institut in New Delhi, and Pérez Art Museum Miami.

Since 2018, she has served as Director of Curatorial Programs at the Coral Gables Museum, where she has curated multidisciplinary exhibitions and public programs. Earlier in her career, she held curatorial and leadership roles at the Bakehouse Art Complex, Lehman College Art Gallery, the Artist Pension Trust, and the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba. Her writing has appeared in exhibition catalogs and arts publications across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Villalonga holds a BA in Art History from the University of Havana and has completed art history research fellowships in Colombia, the UK, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, and France.
