Constantino Manuel Torres

His primary interest is in the art and archaeology of psychoactive plant use in the Central Andes. He conducts research and archaeological work in the Atacama desert of northern Chile. He has received numerous grants for travel and research in the Americas and has published numerous articles on Andean Art and archeology. He directs a collaborative program in San Pedro de Atacama with the University of Chile where he teaches and guides students.
