This is the day that Inspicio Arts interview will make available an exciting interview with the talented documentary photographer Gary Monroe and Inspicio Arts’ Founding Editor-in-Chief, Raymond Elman. Learn about Monroe’s life and work, and check out his 1980s photographs of Refuseniks on view in the SOA MBUS Lincoln Gallery.
