Honor Society

While serving as the National Communication Association’s official honor society at four-year colleges and universities, Lambda Pi Eta (LPH) recognizes, fosters and rewards outstanding scholastic achievement while stimulating interest in the communication discipline. As an accredited member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS), Lambda Pi Eta has active chapters at four-year colleges and universities worldwide.

More information on the National Communication Association is available here.

At FIU, Lambda Pi Eta provides networking, community service, outreach, and campus involvement opportunities. The Alpha Beta Psi chapter is accepting applications from any communication arts major to be inducted as a member or as a pledge* if the student does not yet meet the credit requirements.
