This postion is an Administrative Assistant for a Designer in Coral Gables.
Requirements:
Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
Job duties:
- Creating Estimates and Purchase Orders for clients
- Invoicing
- Visual Presentations
- Researching for Design Projects
- Creating excel sheets
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Working with clients who stop by the store
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong technical skills, experience with Quickbooks, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Design background would be a plus!
- Proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in planning written and verbal communications
- General knowledge of basic accounting procedures and practices
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Job Type / Schedule:
Part Time – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
9 AM – 5 PM
