This postion is an Administrative Assistant for a Designer in Coral Gables.

Requirements:

Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

Job duties:

  • Creating Estimates and Purchase Orders for clients
  • Invoicing
  • Visual Presentations
  • Researching for Design Projects
  • Creating excel sheets
  • Answering emails and phone calls
  • Working with clients who stop by the store

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills, experience with Quickbooks, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Design background would be a plus!
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in planning written and verbal communications
  • General knowledge of basic accounting procedures and practices
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized

Job Type / Schedule:

Part Time – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

9 AM – 5 PM
