The Venetian Group is looking for a full-time office assistant for their office HQ located in Mineola, NY. The Venetian Group is a General Contractor firm, established in 2012. The Venetian Group mainly works on commercial interior renovation projects along with other miscellaneous construction projects.

·    Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner

·    Coordinate company meetings and events

·    Reach out to potential subcontractors, vendors, suppliers pertaining to projects needs

·    Provide daily administration support to The Venetian Group team

·    Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner

·    Must work well in a team setting

·    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

·    Schedule and/or coordinate meetings and appointments for Project Managers and Upper Management

·    Fill requests from Project Managers and Estimators for forms and supplies as needed

·    Research information requests for Project Managers

·    Microsoft Office preferred
