The Sr. Market Analyst, Direct Marketing is responsible for creating and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and maximize quality lead generation and minimize cost-per-sale (KPIs). Under the direction of the Sr. Channel Manager, this role will strategize and execute the targeted lead generation plan by managing the full advertising mix and media placement and apply correlation techniques to analyze and optimize attribution of advertising expenditures by geography, media type and lead source.

Additionally, this role will serve in an analytics capacity and partner with Market Analytics team for pre-campaign planning (predictive analytics modeling), mid-campaign optimization (monitoring, analyzing, modifying), and post-campaign reporting (Dashboards, Lessons Learned, Best Practices). Additionally, the Sr. Market Analyst will coordinate with internal and external agency stakeholders to optimize ROI for social, paid and organic content.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop an advertising plan to maximize customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Apply analytical techniques to maximize advertising ROI
  • Be a great team member and partner with agencies and Kohler associates by proactively communicating
  • Delight the customer

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years prior experience in Marketing preferred.
  • Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding B2B and B2C marketing practices, digital marketing and customer online experience, durable goods and retail sales channels.
  • Travel is required (approximately 20%).
  • Must possess a keen analytical mind and high capability to plan, organize and prioritize work – balancing resources, skills, priorities and timescales to achieve objectives.
