What we’re looking for in an Influencer Marketing Coordinator
‐ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing; 6 ‐ 24 months relevant work experience in online community management, social media strategy, and/or digital engagement required (internships included)
‐ Ability to develop relationships and have the interpersonal skills to interact with many management levels in the company
‐ “Can do” attitude – never says “can’t” or “no” but “I will figure it out”! We do some pretty awesome things here and need someone who will search high and low to figure out how to accomplish “making magic” happen!
‐ Clear and concise communication skills across multiple mediums ‐ in‐person meetings, calls, video conferences, emails, and presentations
‐ Confidence in voicing your opinion to the team and clients if you think there is a better way of doing something
‐ Demonstrated skills in crafting social media content for a company, not just a personal page; may be asked to provide examples
‐ Excellent communication; you can describe problems and solutions with succinct business context (BONUS if you have experience presenting to executive teams or clients)
‐ Has the capabilities to work on multiple project lead times within tight deadlines; thinks outside of the box – YET follows directions
‐ High‐level quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving, and a natural interest in consumer behavior
‐ Knowledge of how to effectively use various forms of social media advertising to drive traffic and brand awareness; experience with blogger communities is a plus
‐ Social media platform agnostic; you understand Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
‐ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key performance indicators to all levels of the company
Essential job responsibilities
‐ Closely track campaign performance and maintain detailed records to create and deliver reports to our leadership and internal teams and clients
‐ Contribute to continual improvement of the company by suggesting improvements to sales, services, and business processes
‐ Facilitate all aspects of the campaign planning, execution, and analysis process; including managing campaign calendar, monitoring and optimizing campaign results, writing creative briefs, and developing campaign analysis reports
‐ Gain a deep understanding of client product and marketing goals to proactively propose campaign content, strategy, and optimization ideas
‐ Manage day‐to‐day communications with influencers and communicate as needed with our internal teams on everything brand‐ and campaign‐related
‐ There are many special projects that affect the company’s effectiveness that are in addition to normal responsibilities

Our team is concentrated at the Dallas HQ office in Deep Ellum.
