Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies as well as creating graphics. The marketing assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization for the administrative manager. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases

Create graphics for various platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

Conducts online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on various websites.

Requirements

Must have basic marketing/social media skills

Bilingual preferred but not required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications (adobe, canva, etc)

Self-starter who works well independently
