We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and supporting our webinars.

 

Job Duties 

 

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all digital marketing campaigns for our multimedia platforms. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our digital marketing channels.

 

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various digital marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain a broad marketing experience and be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative (analytics) data from digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative duties in implementing strategies
  • Assist in digital marketing and promotional activities (e.g., social media, email campaigns, and blogs)
  • Help distribute marketing materials via weekly email and monthly newsletters 
  • Manage and update customer relationship inquiries (e.g., Excel spreadsheets) 
  • Assist with quarterly live webinar sessions by preparing the agenda outline and polls
  • Send out post-webinar details, such as sending out post-webinar follow-up information and resources as needed

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and discipline
  • Solid understanding of different digital marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PPT)
  • Experience with virtual applications such as Zoom
  • Familiarity with online marketing applications (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely in a collaborative team environment
  • Current enrollment as a junior or senior student in a related Bachelor’s Degree
