Our Agents at Compass are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern based in our Miami-Dade offices. This internship entails working with an agent or an agent’s team to provide quality market insight and implementation on all of their marketing projects and administrative needs. The agents at Compass are our brand and vice versa. When their marketing excels, the company excels. This internship would ensure digital strategies are set in place so agent(s) marketing efforts can be the best they can be.

You will work collaboratively with the industry’s best in-house marketing team as well as learn skills you can use in the future.

As a Marketing Assistant Intern You Will:

Assist Agent(s) with social media marketing strategy 

Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across agent’s administrative needs

Work with the Miami marketing team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials (design, photography, copywriting, video, email, social media, and content development)

Monitor the ongoing efforts of the agent’s advertising/marketing projects to determine the effectiveness

Includes opportunities to expand on marketing needs in multiple channels (print, digital, OOH, social, etc.)

Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the Agent / Team

Conduct research and competitive analysis reports

Experience We Are Looking For:

Marketing, Communications, or Advertising Major, work experience, and or Real Estate knowledge is a plus

Ability to work independently, taking ownership of Agent projects

Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationship with Agent or Agent’s team

Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized

Excellent writing and grammar skills

Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)

Experience with social media/online marketing platforms is a must
