Our digital marketing agency is looking for a marketing assistant to join our team. We are based out of Michigan, so we are looking for someone who can work ET hours. Our agency services 20 clients across several industries from non-profits to pet stores.

We need a marketing assistant who can work 15 hours a week. 

We will have mandatory weekly team meetings over Google Meet every Monday at 6:30 PM EST. As part of the interview process, the candidate will perform a paid test for two weeks. During this time, we will assign various administrative tasks. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  •  Support Social Media Advertising Campaign By Calling Leads 
  • Following up on leads and customers as needed 
  •  Daily Check-ins with Cold Emailing Campaigns/ Managing Replies in Chat window
  • Fulfill client requests sent via email etc.  (Putting Client pics & Videos in Google folders)
  •  Manage client request/task via email and Asana-
  • Provide admin support to other team members-
  •  Post blog articles in WordPress
  • Posting Articles on Linkedin for iSocialPR 
  • Posting Events on WordPress website 
  • On-going engagement for premium clients
  • Formatting documents on Microsoft word
  • Formatting documents on Canva
  • Pulling Excel reports as needed
  • Create email marketing campaigns in Active Campaign
  • Able to create and improve existing powerpoints, workbooks, and other marketing materials

All of this work will be done remotely during set hours, which will be determined before the hire date.

We are willing to train everything. We want someone who is excited about marketing and wants to soak up every opportunity to learn.
