The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Analyst in San Francisco Human Services’ Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) will work to assist with the resolution and mediation of employee conflicts; and implement policies and procedures to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.

The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Analyst will assist with developing a pre-complaint process for EEO complainants and mediation protocols to assist with the remediation of employee conflicts with a racial equity lens. The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Analyst will also liaise with management and staff help to develop best practices and methodologies for workplace communication to promote a more inclusive work environment.
