About the role:

As a Entry Level Recruiter for TQL, you will go through an extensive training program to become a Corporate Sales Recruiter. Upon completion of your training, you will support our candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated on-site hiring manager. Our elite team of recruiters take pride in our sense of urgency and ability to drive results for finding the top sales talent nationwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Train with top Sales Recruiters to learn the ins and outs of recruiting for TQL 
  • Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region
  • Be a head-hunter – source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media and campus recruiting events
  • Meet and exceed weekly metrics set by recruiting leadership 
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers and leadership

 

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a metrics driven role preferred 
  • Highly motivated with a competitive drive to be the best
  • Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
  • The desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth
