Our Agents at Compass are seeking a Marketing & Operations Assistant based in our Miami Beach or Coconut Grove office. This internship entails working with an agent or an agent’s team to provide quality market insight and implementation on all of their digital marketing projects and administrative needs. The agents at Compass are our brand and vice versa. When their marketing excels, the company excels. This internship would ensure strategies are set in place so agent(s) marketing efforts can be the best they can be.

You will work collaboratively with the industry’s best in-house marketing team.

As an Agent’s Assistant You Will:

Assist Agent(s) with marketing strategy 

Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across agent’s administrative needs

Work with the Miami marketing team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials (design, photography, copywriting, video, email, social media and content development)

Monitor the ongoing efforts of the agent’s advertising/marketing projects to determine effectiveness

Includes activations in multiple channels such as advertising in print, digital, social, photography and video, direct mail and more

Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the Agent / Team

Conduct research and competitive analysis reports

Experience We Are Looking For:

Marketing or Advertising Major, work experience and or Real Estate knowledge is a plus

Ability to work independently, taking ownership of Agent projects

Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationship with Agent or Agent’s team

Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized

Excellent writing and grammar skills

Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)

Experience with social media/online marketing platforms

*Please note this is an internship position to assist an Agent who is an independent contractor that works for Compass.
