Fast-paced, high-volume office needs positive energy at this position! Our long-established and reputable firm is seeking a polished professional to join our team as Receptionist/Marketing Assistant! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support our Marketing efforts in order to drive company success. This professional will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented team and will work hand-in-hand with several departments to achieve the best possible results for our diverse Client base. We are a fun, tight-knit group and will only consider the most open-minded, adaptable team player who can keep up with our fast pace!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, route and message appropriately
  • Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas
  • Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
  • Social Media posts
  • Update marketing materials
  • Email blasts
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
  • Monitor supplies
  • Open and distribute mail/faxes
  • Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong telephone/personal skills
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Friendly, warm and professional
  • Basic Spanish preferred
  • Sense of humor a must

Education:

4-year College Degree Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
