Fast-paced, high-volume office needs positive energy at this position! Our long-established and reputable firm is seeking a polished professional to join our team as Receptionist/Marketing Assistant! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support our Marketing efforts in order to drive company success. This professional will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented team and will work hand-in-hand with several departments to achieve the best possible results for our diverse Client base. We are a fun, tight-knit group and will only consider the most open-minded, adaptable team player who can keep up with our fast pace!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls, route and message appropriately
- Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas
- Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
- Social Media posts
- Update marketing materials
- Email blasts
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
- Monitor supplies
- Open and distribute mail/faxes
- Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong telephone/personal skills
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly, warm and professional
- Basic Spanish preferred
- Sense of humor a must

Education:
4-year College Degree Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
