Position Summary: 

Primary job responsibility is to contribute to the overall branding efforts by assisting with the execution of marketing and communicating strategies. Duties include content development, design work, and implementation of marketing communication best practices.    

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 

• Coordinates with Marketing Manager on the development of various marketing materials 
• Contributes to the company’s digital marketing presence, including supporting the development of  
• company website pages – will gain experience with the Wordpress platform 
• social media messaging – will gain experience with the Hubspot platform 
• landing pages – will gain experience with the Hubspot platform 
• email campaigns – will gain experience with the Hubspot platform 
• product fliers and brochures – will gain experience with Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Acrobat 
• Promotional Videos – will gain experience with Adobe Premiere/Rush 

Qualifications/Experience: 

• Working towards a degree in Marketing or related field 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Strong graphic design and writing skills 
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  
• Knowledge of Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is preferred
