THE JOB / Digital Analyst

***Our headquarters is located in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a preference for working in one of our office locations – – Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates***

STRATEGY / Responsible for developing and executing investment recommendations for our clients and generating social and digital-first marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to specific business objectives.

If you possess a strong combination of creative and analytical thinking and have an innovative, adaptive, and team-first approach, this is your next move!

You’ll work across clients to deliver social and digital campaigns, including digital partnerships and media buys, organic and paid social media, content ideation, and sponsorship activations. You’ll determine the best way to maximize sponsorships across sports. You will look at clients’ objectives through the lens of digital and determine the best audience development and social media strategies to meet these goals.

Digital is detail-oriented, creative and ever-changing—we’re looking for someone that can delve into metrics and strategy and produce smart and creative ideas and solution! Our work is fast-paced, across a diverse group of clients, so organization, planning, and time management are important.

You’ll be a part of a noteworthy group of digital strategists and analysts and help design programs that are equal parts creative and innovative, yet grounded in insights. You’ll handle the execution and measurement of new and ongoing campaigns, creating decks, and analyzing and presenting social insights. You are a self-starter who exhibits resourcefulness and demonstrates initiative to lead the day-to-day logistics of planning, implementing, & reporting on social and digital media programs.

The work you’ll do

  • Assist in the development of social and digital ideas, actively participating in thought starters and strategic digital brainstorms
  • Collaborate with account leads, creatives, and the content production team to develop social and digital marketing strategies
  • Assist with audience research and data
  • Set up, monitor, and track campaigns
  • Craft savvy recommendations for client initiatives and execute paid social media, targeting, and measurement strategies
  • Measure campaigns and deliver meaningful real-time insights and optimization strategies as well as post-campaign recaps
  • Work on sports partnerships, activations, and marketing campaigns to develop strategies that connect businesses to the sports properties they sponsor
  • Evaluate new technology and platform features
  • Manage projects, including the execution of a campaign from the initial recommendation through the final wrap-up

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or at least one year of experience in social and digital media strategy
  • A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, and music. You keep a pulse on pop culture and what’s trending digitally
  • Proficiency and experience with digital analytics and social tools. Experience using tools for campaign formation, tracking, and research, and can adeptly synthesize insights from data
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience creating and formatting decks and presentations
  • You can demonstrate your experience with social amplification and paid media using quantifiable examples
  • You’re organized and able to effectively and efficiently manage projects – you know how to keep everything on task and have keen attention to follow-through
  • Ability to adapt to changing client and internal needs
  • Attentive to detail and understand the importance of accuracy, as much of the work is consumer and client-facing
  • Willingness to learn, stay on the cusp of new platforms and tools, and educate internal counterparts as well as clients on new trends, technology, and digital strategies
  • Team-first, collaborative mentality
